國內外廣大藏友、收藏家、藝術家、鑒賞家、文化學者們，中藏協國際藝委會經多方努力，於今初成，在此首先感謝各界的關心和支持。藝委會的創建，適應了文博界外向交流的需要以及海外藏界多年來的合作訴求，順應時代發展趨勢，大有可為。我們將發揮國際間資源整合的有利條件，與業界緊密配合，聯絡海內外志同道合的專家和有識之士，推動東西文化及國際藝術的互動、互補，增進彼此理解，培育國際藝術鑒賞群體，提升客觀評判水準，打造國際藝術高端文化平臺，為東西藝術的本地化、雙向化、國際化貢獻綿薄之力！

All of collectors, artists, connoisseurs, scholars and friends, Our International Art Committee founds today through various efforts, thanks for your support. The creation of our I.A.C.

has adapted the outside requirement including local collecting circle and overseas’ community in the field of East-West Art exchange.

We will play a role to connect with Sino-Foreign culture & art circles to create the favorable conditions for integrating the international resource.

We’ll develop in close relationship with academic experts, famous collectors, professional scholars to promote East-Western cultural interactive level, art understanding and valuable discovery.

We also devote to become an international bridge to build the top platform forward the localization, two-way, internationalization of Sino-Foreign Cultural Heritage.
