中國收藏家協會是國家文物局所屬的全國性一級社團，國際藝委會是協會從事國際藝術領域合作的專門學術機構，以推介、傳播國際藝術品在中國收藏界的認知為宗旨，以調研、保護在國際收藏界傳承的中華藝術品為使命的專業社團組織。隨著地球村各種文明板塊日漸交融，借鑒國際優秀文化元素，汲取外來藝術涵養，促進國際藝文成果本地化，是敝會不懈的追求；與之對應，民族文化源遠流長，浩瀚豐腴，博大精深。敝會在引介國際藝術精粹的同時，更致力於向國際社會展示中華渾厚華滋的文化藝術風采，弘傳民族藝文領域的創新成果。同時，我們亦注重國際間流散文化遺產的保護，將強化與國際收藏團體、藝術機構乃至收藏家的合作，開展學術交流，共同傳承人文價值。

As Chinese leading community in art collecting circle, China Association of Collectors belongs to the State Administration of Cultural heritage——its International Art Exchange Committee is unique academic organisation of foreign art cooperation authorized by Ministry of Civil Affairs of PRC, committee is a professional department based on promoting the dissemination of international art to local collecting circle and protecting those Chinese art heritage in the world. Following with various civilization more and more growing & swing in the global village, drawing on international outstanding cultural elements, respecting the exotic art value, developing international art’s localization as our unremitting purpose; On the other hand, corresponding Chinese profound civilization and its vast plump, we will devote to introduce its originals & latest innovation to the world. In the meanwhile, we also focus on those Sino-Foreign outflow treasures all over the world, and try our best to protect the cultural heritage. Our committee is looking forward to strengthening effective cooperation with international collecting organizations, art institutions and renowned collectors to carry out whole exchange.
