Our committee cooperates with CBEIC to host the Dialogue Session of Chinese Outbound Meeting during ITB Asia in Singapore in October, Mr. Bamboo Wang represents the International Arts Exchange Committee to spares his experience in the related artwork’s events. We are committed to develop the programs of arts without boundaries among the regions since 2012. Our committee hosts some affective events such as professional forum, academic seminars & topic lectures in overseas before covid-2019. Mr. Wang thinks that a successful art event should include the special showings & outbound meetings to serve for the public in foreign countries, it’s necessary to introduce the social background and humanistic value about the showing pieces by the relevant convention because the artwork is different from ordinary goods. The audience could be seeing & feeling with those interesting works and they will have their thinking & further knowing with the subject meeting to reach an understanding finally based on the art pieces without boundary!

　　Mr. Wang Emphasizes the importance regarding the art outbound activity to communicate between the East and West each other. He said that everyone could try to get the enlightenment with individual meditation by an art event.

　　He also mentioned that Singapore has similar cultures to China, his committee would like to plan valuable & suitable art events and promote the humanistic concept to both sides, meanwhile tell what’s the truth & useful information to the youth step by step!

　　新加坡ITB Asia大會期間，本委員會與CBEIC緊密合作於MICE SHOW ASIA舉辦了『中國出境會議和獎勵活動新趨勢』對話會，王竹會長分享了我方過往舉辦境外活動的經驗，詮釋了致力於透過相關展會增進區域間藝術無界的理念！

　　王會長簡報了疫前於境外召開的若干藝文論壇和學術研討會等概要，他認爲考量藝術品不同於普通商品，爲此一項成功的國際藝術活動應當包含組展與辦會兩個方面，相輔相成的服務當地公衆需求。觀衆可據展品得到直接的感受，並依托參會知悉的信息更深入思考，最終因藝術展會達成彼此理解的“無界”效果！王會長還强調了藝術出境活動對於溝通東西方人文的重要作用，他闡釋了人們應嘗試善用藝術活動體驗,以個人對於藝術作品的觀想，獲取人生的某種覺悟，亦提及了獅城與中國文化相近，期盼擇機規劃適宜的展會力促雙邊藝文互通，為青年們傳遞有益的信息。
