孔祥星先生簡介(Introduction)

    孔祥星先生，孔子七十五世孫，二十世紀六十年代北京大學歷史系研究生畢業，多年從事中國文物考古學的研究，曾歷任原中國歷史博物館(現國家博物館)副館長、中國文物交流中心主任等重要職務，是在國內外享有很高聲譽的文物學者、古器物學家、青銅器鑒定專家，現任國家博物館研究員，中國文物學會青銅器專業委員會常務副會長，主要著作如“中國古代銅鏡”等。

Mr. Xiangxing Kong, the 75^th Generation of Chinese Great Sage “Kong Zi”, Historic Master Degree of Beijing University in 1960s, who works on the research in Chinese archeology for a long time, and have ever served as the deputy curator of Chinese National Historic Museum (rename National Museum of China) & the President of Chinese National Relics Circulating Center appointed by the Ministry. As a famous Cultural Heritage’s scholar and a specialist in appraisal of Oriental Antiques, Sir Kong has a well-known respectability. At present, he is the research fellow of National museum and the executive Chairman of Ancient Bronze Wares Committee in China Relics Association. He has many important writings such as ‘Chinese Ancient Bronze Mirror’ etc.
