A Rare "Rag Book" published by Dean's (london) Co.Ltd. in the early of 20th century

It’s a very uneasy to collect with the "Rag Book" because of the fabric used for both its covers and pages.  They were produced in England -- the one's most unusually found were published by Dean (London) and date from circa 1900 to 1920s.  This published writings in London by Dean's Rag Book Co. is most valuable than others in those days.
